I have been using air professionals for many years. Jon came out today to fix our ac unit which was leaking. He explained what was happening and made recommendations. They maintain my heating and AC system twice a year. They find maintenance issues before they become major problems. Replace Capacitors in Condensers for example, etc. Their tech, Antonio, is very knowledgeable but most of all kind and courteous and always had a ready smile. He only has good things to say about the company he works for. We have been using them for >10 years now and we are happy with their service. Good job guys and gals!

Called in the morning needing help that day! No air was getting in and it was a balmy 80 in the house. Spoke with Liam who wasn't sure if he could get a tech out to us that day. He said he would look into it and call me back. I called 4 other places and they couldn’t care less about our situation. Liam called back as promised and said a tech would come between noon and five. They came at 2:30! Coils were frozen and he couldn’t tell what the exact issue was until they defrosted. So Kemp Wall, our tech came back 2 hours later and found the coils defrosted. For now we just needed more refrigerant. He was very knowledgeable, very nice guy, got the job done! Coming out that day in the middle of an on and off 2 week heatwave says a lot! I highly recommend them!

I used Air Professionals several years ago when in need of a new furnace because they had stellar reviews. They did not disappoint! Every single person you speak with is incredibly professional, warm and kind and does everything they can to help you. I have been a customer for years now and will be life long due to the repeated customer care that they have shown me.Recently I had to have my furnace checked and KEMP came out to take a look. He went above & beyond to check every inch of my home and inspect every part of the system to make sure my home was safe. He was very diligent, extremely kind, helpful and very informative. He was wonderful!Everyone in this company constantly impresses me, they must love where they work--this says A LOT about how this company is ran. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Was very easy to get a hold of someone on the phone when I first called. Don’t remember her name but she was very nice and professional. She was able to get me in same day which was great because we were without heat. Greg was our technician. He called when he was 15 minutes away and showed up 15 minutes later. I had a whole house humidifier installed through Air Professionals in Nov 2020. Kemp was assigned for my job, he had to come in twice to complete the job as my closet space where the furnace was installed was small. He had to create a custom housing to host the humidifier and route the ducts back to the main ducts. It was a very clean setup and was professionally done. Even though he spent additional time to install given the space constraints, I was charged what was initially quoted! I will definitely recommend Kemp & Air Professionals!Thanks for the awesome job Kemp!

The name "Professionals" in their name is absolutely accurate! From the way they handle scheduling appointments (and calling if there are any changes to a scheduled appointment) to the protective "booties" they use to cover their shoes before entering the house...it's all very top drawer! I recently had my air conditioner serviced and "Kemp" did an outstanding job. He made sure everything was clean and in perfect working order and I am sure that once the weather warms up we will be enjoying a care-free air conditioning season once again thanks to the expert service provided each season by Air Professionals.

We have been using Air Professionals for years, since our original AC went down. Our neighbors recommended them because they said they were prompt, professional, and fair priced. In mid August with a heat wave and a broken AC unit, we talked with a few AC/Heating companies, including Air Professionals. They were thorough in their sales delivery, explained their process and products and gave a fair price. We were not disappointed in going with them. They showed up on time, were quick, and clean and had us up and running in days. I just had the best experience with Air Professionals! I am not one to write reviews, but the care and service I received was outstanding and deserving of the time it takes to write this review. From start to finish I felt they cared. Julia at the office listened to my questions and concerns and followed up quickly with an explanation of what was needed as well as the cost information. Our issue was not emergent but I was able to get a service appointment in less than 24 hours. When the technician, Drew, showed up, he put his shoe-covers on without question and was polite, professional, and made sure I understood everything he did. Another good experience with Air Professionals. Getting an appointment for service was easy. As previously arranged, Kemp called in advance to confirm his ETA. He conducted the annual PM of my heating system (even took his shoes off in the house). He thoroughly reviewed and assessed the history of the system (it was purchased from and installed by AP), and explained the adjustments that he made to it during this visit. He also provided background and a cost estimate on an air filtration upgrade that could be obtained at my discretion. The time spent and the cost of the visit aligned well. All in all, another pleasant and effective visit from AP.

I have used Air Professionals since installing a furnace in 2009. I am always pleased with the service. This year was no exception! Technician was courteous, helpful, arrived within the designated time, and mindful of being inside and outside by wearing protective coverings on his shoes when working inside. Would highly recommend them.

Air Professionals is very accommodating and thorough in what they do. Today Kemp patiently explained what he was doing to clean, test and prepare the system for this summer. When he learned that I didn't have a hose connection in back of the house, he cleaned the condenser coil an alternate way by using a pump sprayer. He also walked around the house instead of through it to keep the carpets clean. Inside, Kemp moved items out of the way and put them back in place. Much appreciation for your kind and wonderful service!.

Great service, even greater people! We had Davis service our air conditioning this morning and he was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful in educating us about our unit as well as what we can do to ensure it has a long life, including the best filters to use and when to know it’s time to change them. It’s clear that Air Professionals really cares about their customers.

I had a new system installed last year by AP. The quality of the product and the installation were outstanding. My heating/AC systems are maintained and serviced by George, who has been coming to my home for at least 15 years. I am very happy with this company and its service.

Everyone at Air Professionals are truly professionals. From the office staff to the field technicians they treat their customers with courtesy and respect. I’m very happy we had them install a new furnace and central air in July and service our other older unit. Doug Burk ( who just serviced our old unit) was great.

Air Professionals installed our heating & air conditioning unit several years ago. They have provided the seasonal check-ups ever since. The unit still runs perfectly & the servicemen have always been prompt, quick & courteous. Can't ask for more.

Air Professionals Heating & Air Conditioning is just that, Professional. We were serviced by Connor for our regular maintenance checkup. I like that we not only received a phone call letting us know that Connor would be here in 15 minutes, which he was, but I also received an email with his picture. George performed the first annual service on the new systems installed at my house last year....always a gentleman and so kind to my 91 year old Dad who lives in the downstairs apartment. Air Professional came through for us in an emergency. Came home from vacation to a wet and cold house. They came out quickly and had our heater up and running by that night. Drew drove to a different location picked up the needed part returned and worked till it was installed late on a Friday evening. Thanks Air Professionals!

Air Professionals built a custom heating/air conditioning system for our old house when we moved in 20 years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. We have always been delighted with the courtesy and professionalism of the office staff, and the excellent technical knowledge of the technicians. With the anticipated heat wave well underway, our A/C unit, which has performed perfectly since new had a small part failure. We have been an Air Professional customer for over 7 years so we got them on the phone. The nice lady said someone will be there between 9am and 11 am. Technician George Komarek arrived and in 15 minutes diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and we are in comfort again. Thank you Air Professionals !! J & J Dawes

Doug has been taking care of us for a good number of years. In fact from the very beginning we installed their system, he has been maintaining our system through heating and cooling seasons. We have nothing but nice things to say about him and the company in general. Their staff has always been courteous and always looking out for our well being. They adjust the schedules around our needs and have always stayed ahead of trouble by recommending maintenance tips and prompt repair of items before they become big problems. We purchased our A/C and Heating Systems from Air Professionals three years ago. We had gotten estimates from four companies and selected Air Professionals because, as their name suggests, they are professionals. From the estimate to the installation, everything was explained including the option of several different systems which were based on whether we planned to stay in the house for a short or long period of time. They also offered us a three year interest-free loan through one of the local banks. Since we had retired and were on fixed incomes, we appreciated all they did for us. Their sales staff and technicians are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and we're very happy with the A/C and Heating System tuneups every year.

Great company to use for your HVAC needs. While my husband and I were away this week, our college-age son had an issue with the AC unit in our townhouse not turning on (apparently it was in the 80s). Doug from Air Professionals came out within 24 hours. Even though it is an older AC unit, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a hurry. He called me from the property and explained the problem and what he did to fix it. Very happy with this technician and the company overall. Also, a few years ago, we had Air Professionals replace our AC unit and furnace in a previous home (our neighbors had recommended them). They did a great job (it was a big job) and had it done in one day. They were extremely neat as well. When I walked into the basement, I was shocked at how neat the area had been kept while they were working. Would definitely recommend this company. I won't call anyone else.
