Reality: Sometimes — not usually. 200A panels with spare breakers = no upgrade needed for 95% of installs. 100A or older panels sometimes do — if yours does, we flag it free at quote stage and coordinate a licensed electrician.
Reality: They blow 95-105°F air — not 130°F like a gas furnace. Cooler but constant. Variable-speed models run longer cycles at lower output = MORE consistent temperature. Most owners say their home is more comfortable, not less.
