Had an issue with the ac compressor not coming on. Contacted Air Professional’s and in less than 2 hours I received a call from Greg letting me know he was on his way. When Greg arrived, within about 5 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue. The issue was the fuses had blown. He replaced the fuses, tested the system and was on his way to his next stop. Greg always does a great job. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Always take’s the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Would highly recommend him. I’ve been a customer of Air Professional’s for over 23 years and would also highly recommend them. Thank you Greg!

Hilmi visited our home, and my mother’s home, for the first time today. FANTASTIC service! Very thorough, explained our two AC systems’ status (including our whole house dehumidifier), and provided us with filter suggestions as well as informing us that a full cleaning was only needed every two years (not each year!). Our previous HVAC person had come each year, and had installed the dehumidifier incorrectly without any insulation. Hilmi corrected the issues, and educated us about the system’s operations. We appreciate the honesty, as did my mom at her home. Highly recommend, and we will be using Air Professionals moving forward for all of our HVAC needs!

(on separate issue. there was a $16 increase over last year's charge for service( It seems everyone is using an excuse of "rising costs" to increase profits)

The Air Professionals team showed up on time and ready to go. It was nice to see a few familiar faces in the crew and Ryan Gallagher handled things expertly. Everything was accomplished in one day (2 completely new AC systems replaced and a heat pump/humidifier added to the mix). I have been an AP customer for many years (i.e. before the Penguin!!!) and they have never failed to impress or satisfactorily complete the job. In summary, they certainly have their act together!!!

We highly recommend Air Professionals! They have saved us a few times in emergent situations with our 20year old system and were able to save it to keep us going a few more years. We finally decided to get a new system and Don was super helpful in getting us the information we needed to pick out what would we best for our house and family! No pressure, lots of information and kindly and patiently answered all of our questions!

Day of install - Andy, Antonio and Omar were true rockstars! In torrential downpour they worked tirelessly to get our old system cleaned out and the new one set up. They were all so so kind, super conscience of mess and cleaning up after themselves! Fortunately all went very smoothly! Thank you thank you! You guys are the best!!

Jeffrey was pleasant and professional. He explained the steps he was taking and the status of my air conditioner. I enjoyed speaking with him.

Davis came and serviced my two Carrier HVAC units today. He was here when he said he would be, serviced both units, and went over the results with me. In my opinion, he did a great job. He found a part that was operating, but not operating correctly. He ordered a new part, under warrantee, it will be installed next week. He was here for about 2 hours checking the units out. Nice, polite, professional guy. He is a credit to Air Professionals.

10/18/2019 Drew came and serviced my two Carrier units, and as usual, he was as courteous and professional as they come. The units checked out ok, he did fix and issue I was having and all is well. Air Professionals are what the name implies. Professional. Thanks for a great job, again.

Our units check out ok and I believe that is because I have them looked at twice a year by Air Professionals. I've never had an issue with them or their technicians.

Since they installed my furnace and A/C units over 15 years ago, I have had my units serviced by Air Professionals every year. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their customer service has always been exceptional from the office staff and sales people to the service technicians. Today, my service technician was Brian Maloney and he was also exceptional and a pleasure to work with!

Omer serviced my air conditioner today. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. I highly recommend Air Professionals and Omer!

Omer Senlik was the serviceman who performed our spring tune-up. He was most professional and quite helpful. He even noted that the Aprilaire #35 water panel needed to be replaced.
