The service rep that came to my house, once he heard my furnace he had a good idea has to what was causing this issue. He worked on the furnace and found I needed a new fan.
He ordered the part and worked diligently to reduce the noise for me until the part arrives.

Greg always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. Most recently, he walked me through some new processes with my system, specifically around the filters, why certain ones are better and how they impact overall performance. His explanations are clear and helpful, and you can tell he genuinely wants customers to understand how to take care of their systems.
Years ago, Greg explained the importance of regular maintenance: having the tech change the filter every season, cleaning the compressor, and making sure we change the filter in both summer and winter. Because of his guidance, our system has run smoothly and reliably for years.
