Today, I requested service for a loud noise from the furnace - Ryan diagnosed the issue quickly and has resolved most of it (waiting on a new inducer motor). As always, I am very happy with the service I've received. The service rep that came to my house, once he heard my furnace he had a good idea has to what was causing this issue. He worked on the furnace and found I needed a new fan.
He ordered the part and worked diligently to reduce the noise for me until the part arrives.
